Rugged Rocks Video Contest 2013 Term & Conditions:
1. Rugged Rocks, LLC has the final say on putting entries into the contest once they are submitted, reasons for immediate disqualification include but are not limited to:
- Illegal use of copyrighted material.
- Poor representation of the off road community through alchohol abuse on the trail, illegal land use or other illegal activity of any kind.
- excessive use of foul language, preferably no foul language should be used.

2. Contesting video must be recieved in full and on time.
- In the unfortunate event that there are technical difficulties with uploading your video, you may mail/ship in your entry on CD/DVD/USB-Drive to the address found at: https://ruggedrocksoffroad.com/contact_us.php with a signed copy of these Terms and Conitions, Your name, e-mail address and phone number & must be delievered by the end of the day on May 18th, 2013.
- We will not be held resposible for any lost entries due to technical failure or any other reason, what so ever. 

3. Entering this contest is done on your own and at your own will. 
- Rugged Rocks, LLC will not compensate you for any expenses incurred during the making of your video entry. 
- Rugged Rocks, LLC will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle or any person or animal involved in the making of your video entry.

4. Release of all rights to your video to Rugged Rocks, LLC
- By entering the contest, Rugged Rocks, LLC will own all rights to your submitted footage to use at the discression of Rugged Rocks, LLC for purposes including but not limited to future promotions.

5. Video specifications
-Must be no longer than 5 minutes run time. 
-Must be of your personal Nissan off road vehicle
-You may edit multiple video clips together.
-One entry per person, if multiple videos are submitted, the last one submitted will be used. 
-Video file size must not exceed 1GB. 
-Video must be in one of the following formats: m4v, mp4, avi, wmv


6. Rugged Rocks, LLC Has the right to cancel or postpone the video contest at any time for any reason.
